Promoters, educators and private hosts use our venues for parties, workshops and socials. Every space is run by a team that knows kink events: the door, the rules and the cleanup. Rent a space outright, or run the night with us and share the door.

The Penthouse, on the top floor of our own building in the Mission: its own reception, an open floor lit for a party, lounges and private corners, a lit cross at the door, and windows on three sides over the city. Parking on the building's own lot.

The Kink Store in SoMa. After hours the shop floor opens up under a full rigging frame for rope, with bondage furniture to hand and a curtained mezzanine lounge upstairs. It's where we run rope classes, demos, talks and themed nights, and where your guests can buy what they've just learned to use.

Product Testing Room

A private dungeon fitted out and ready to play: a bed, a sling, a St Andrew's cross, rigging, a bench and machines, a lounge with a curved sofa, and walls of gear. Built for small groups who want a real dungeon without hauling in equipment: an intimate play party, a skills session, a private booking.

Kink's club room in Las Vegas, in a walled tropical garden: a lagoon pool with waterfalls, a grotto and palm islands, tiki huts on the lawns, a shaded patio, and indoors a club room with a bar and an open floor. Bring your crowd for a pool party, a garden social or a night in the club room.

  3. We agree the date, space and terms, and sign a contract.
Rent the spaceYou pay a fee for the space and run the night yourself.
